CINEMATICS

  • Cinematic Video Tour :: Starting at $500 for up to 4,000sqft and $100 for every additional 1,500sqft. Commercial quality music is complementary. 1.5-2.5 min.

  • Property Sizzle Reel :: $350. Vertical video for Instagram and TikTok (solo appt $400)

  • Agent Hype Reels :: $500. Vertical or Widescreen. Promote your business on YouTube or Instagram!

  • YouTube Introduction :: $500. We come to you to film an introduction to your channel.

  • High End Property Film :: $2500. One to two days on site with advanced techniques such as Day to Night Transitions, Twilight Video, Time-lapse, and Sky Replacement.

1st revision is free, $100 an hour after.

Add Ons

  • Featured Realtor Add On :: $50-150. Depends on setup and filming time for the shots. Generally on the lower end. For agents that want to be on camera but don’t want the hassle of speaking. Agents help viewers visually tour listings, showcasing property features.

  • Agent Intro and/or Outro Add On :: $150. Agents will be mic’d up and provide an Intro and Outro to the property and location.

  • Twilight Video Add On :: Day to Night Transition, $250

  • On Site Amenities :: $25

  • Off Site Amenities (Nearby Attractions within 5 miles) :: $50

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • 10 Images (reshoot) :: $150

  • 25 Images :: $250

LIFESTYLE + BRANDING

  • Basic Branding Session :: $650. 1.5-2hr Photo Session for agents to use in their marketing collateral and social media accounts. Includes up to 20 retouched Lifestyle shots of agents as well as a new Headshot.

  • Luxury Branding Session :: $1500. 3hr Photo + Video session. 20-30 retouched Photographs, as well as a new Headshot. 2 Brand Videos, up to 1 minute each.

DRONE

  • Existing Appointment Add On :: $75

MISCELLANIOUS + FEES

  • Virtual Tour Property Website :: $20. Branded and Unbranded Property Sites. Customizable.

  • Cancellation Fee (day before scheduled appt.) :: $50

  • On Site Cancellation Fee :: $150

  • Travel Fees :: Travel Fees commence for listings outside of 25mi radius of Decatur, Georgia. 25-35mi // $25. 35-45mi // $50. 45-65mi // $80. Inquire about Travel Fees beyond this. NOTE: Travel Fees are waived for all Bundles within 45mi.
